Terms of Use

Ouranelle · effective 6 November 2026

IAccepting these terms

These terms govern your use of Ouranelle for iOS. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

IIYour licence to play

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Ouranelle on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

IIIAmbrosia and the Armillary

Ambrosia is gathered only by playing: dimming keepers in the Seven Spheres, reading Pleiad riddles and playing in the Still Sky. It is spent only inside the game, on Armillary nodes. Ambrosia and everything inscribed with it have no value outside the game; they cannot be bought, sold, traded or exchanged for anything real. The game offers no purchases of any kind. Progress is stored on your device and is lost if you reset it in the Dome or delete the app.

IVFair play

Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or tamper with the app or its files. Ouranelle is meant to be enjoyed as it was made, on your own device.

VOwnership

The game, its name, its art, its music and sound, its riddles and its code belong to the developer. This licence lets you play; it does not transfer any of these rights to you.

VIAs it is

Ouranelle is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the same extent, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the game, including lost progress.

VIIAll ages

Ouranelle is a family-friendly game for a general audience. It has no accounts, no chat, no advertising and no online features.

VIIIUpdates to these terms

These terms may be revised; the current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to play after a revision means you accept it.

IXQuestions

Ouranelle is developed by Valentine Mott; write to mail@pocketwise.sbs with any question about these terms. The game's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
